
Slow Cooker Mashed Potatoes

What you need

tsp black pepper

cup heavy cream

unsalted butter

lb yukon gold
cup low sodium chicken broth

oz cream cheese

tsp salt
Instructions
0 Wash, peel, and cut up potatoes into roughly equal size pieces. 1 Place in slow cooker with chicken broth, 1/2 stick butter, and a pinch of salt. 2 Cook on high 4-5 hours or low 6-8. Just cooking until fork tender. 3 Once fork tender, drain remaining liquid from slow cooker. 4 Add 1/2 stick butter, sour cream, and whipped cream cheese. 5 Add seasonings as well before beating. 6 Now, add in heavy cream and continue to beat until smooth.
