
Hawaiin Style Ribeyes

What you need

1 tsp red pepper flake

2 tsp ginger

20 oz pineapple chunks

1 ½ cup low-sodium soy sauce

3 tsp garlic

½ cup rice wine vinegar

¾ cup brown sugar

3 ribeye steak
Instructions
0 Mix together marinade and pour 2/3 of it over ribeyes. Place in fridge for 2-3 hours. 1 After 2 hrs wipe off marinade and season steaks with SPG. Let steaks sit at room temp for 20 min or so while heating grill and making glaze. 2 Take remaining 1/3 of glaze and bring to a simmer in a sauce pan. Add some corn starch slurry to thicken and remove. 3 Cook Ribeyes to desired temp and remove to rest. Also grill pineapple rings. 4 Place pineapples on ribeyes and drizzle with glaze.
