What you need

bunch fresh basil

lb ground beef

lb italian sausage

tsp black pepper

tsp garlic

oz lasagna noodles

tsp table sugar
tbsp dried italian seasoning

oz tomato paste

oz ricotta cheese

cup beef broth

oz shredded mozzarella

cup parmesan

tsp garlic powder
oz fresh tomatoes
Instructions
0 On med high heat, brown ground beef and italian sausage. Remove some excess grease with a paper towel. 1 Add salt, black pepper, italian seasoning, minced garlic, sugar, and tomato paste. Stir and allow to cook a min or 2. 2 Add crushed tomatos and beef broth. Bring to a simmer. 3 Add broken lasagna noodles. Allow to simmer until al dente stirring every few min. 4 In the meantime, place ricotta in a bowl. 5 Add seasonings and grated parm, mix until well combined. 7 Once noodles are ready, add fresh basil. 6 Put a dollap of ricotta in your bowl, add lasagna soup over it.
