What you need

cup smoked paprika

baby back ribs

cup garlic powder

tbsp black pepper

cup ground cayenne pepper

tbsp onion powder

cup turbinado sugar

cup mustard powder
Instructions
0 Set smoker up for indirect heat bat 275 degrees. 1 Remove membrane from ribs and seqson with kosher salt. 2 Let salt sweat in for around 20 min and then cut into individual ribs. 3 Place on smoker for approx 90 min at 275 degrees. Ribs should be around 170 internal at this point. 4 While ribs are smoking make your nashville hot rub. You will have some left over for future use. 5 Also, get some oil or bacon grease heated to 350 degrees. 6 In batches, fry ribs for approx 3-4 min. 7 Place in a large bowl and season generously with nashville hot seasoning. Toss until well coated. 8 Next, add about 1/2 cup hot cooking oil and toss again. 9 Hit them with a little more seasoning upon plating and serve with dill pickles. Enjoy!View original recipe
