The Best Sausage Balls

Attention! I’ve edited this recipe to add cream cheese. I tried this and it keeps them so moist and even more delicious! One of the absolute best appetizers around the holiday season, you just can’t beat sausage balls! I’ve done them many ways over the years but a friend turned me on to the red lobster biscuit mix method and I never looked back. Here is how we do it!

What you need
lb sausage

oz shredded cheddar

tsp salt

tsp pepper

tsp garlic powder

garlic butter

butter

oz cream cheese
Instructions
0 Mix all ingredients until well combined. I add the seasoning packet from the biscuit mix in as well. 1 Form into balls and place on a baking sheet. 2 Cook at 350° for 25-26 min. 3 Melt garlic herb butter in microwave. 4 Brush on sausage balls as soon as they come out of the oven.
