Serves 2
Sloppy Joe Sliders are perfect for dinner or as an appetizer. I make mine a little different, making small changes with ingredients to make big differences in flavor!

What you need

oz colby monterey jack

garlic

tbsp dark brown sugar

tbsp worcestershire sauce

tbsp red chili

tbsp spicy brown mustard

cup ketchup

red bell pepper

white onion

bacon grease

hawaiian sweet rolls

lb lean ground beef
Instructions
Toast slider rolls on bacon grease or butter and set aside. Start by cooking down pepper/onion for 4-5 min on medium heat then add ground beef. Once ground beef is cooked through season with all purpose seasoning, add minced garlic and cook for about another minute or so. Add ketchup, mustard, brown sugar, w sauce, and chili crisp. Allow to cook together on low medium heat a few min before adding to slider rolls. Put cheese on slider rolls and then add sloppy joes. Place covered in oven at 350 for around 10-12 min to allow cheese to melt then enjoy!View original recipe
