Sausage Gravy

Country Gravy is not difficult to make even though some people are intimidated by it! Follow this recipe and I can assure you that you will be confident in making one of my favorite things!

What you need

cup full fat milk

tbsp bacon grease

cup all purpose flour

seasoned salt

black pepper

tsp smoked paprika
Instructions
0 On medium heat, brown sausage. 1 Once sausage is cooked through, add 3 Tbsp bacon grease. 2 Add 2/3 cup flour and stir so sausage is evenly coated and no flour is visible. 3 Allow to cook a couple min before adding milk.(to cook off flour) 4 Slowly begin pouring in milk while continuing to stir. 5 Once all milk is worked in, continue to stir and just let gravy cook a few min until desired consistency. 6 Add all purpose seasoning and black pepper to taste.
