0 In a large bowl, add softened cream cheese and vanilla extract. Mix with hand mixer until smooth. 1 Add powdered sugar, pumpkin spice, pumpkin puree, and brown sugar. Beat until smooth. 2 Cut cookie dough into small pieces and fold into pumpkin mixture. 3 Smooth mixture out into a 8 x 11 casserole dish. 4 Add cool whip to top and smooth out. 5 Sprinkle additional pumpkin spice on top.
