One Pot Creamy Lemon Pepper Chicken Tortellini

What you need

oz cheese tortellini

tbsp unsalted butter

tbsp olive oil

clove granulated garlic
lemon zest

lemon juice

tsp black pepper

cup chicken stock

cup heavy cream

cup parmesan cheese

parsley
Instructions
0 Cut chicken breasts into 1" chunks and season with salt/pepper/garlic powder or your favorite seasoning. 1 Add some bacon grease or oil to pan and cook on medium high heat until chicken reaches 165 internal then remove from pan. 2 Turn heat to low medium. Add butter and olive oil. 3 Once butter is melted add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, around a minute. 4 Add chicken stock and heavy cream. Clean lemons and zest both lemons into sauce while bringing to a simmer. 5 Add juice of 1 lemon and black pepper. 6 Add tortellini, cover and stir every few min until sauce is thickened and tortellini is plumped up(around 10 min). 7 Add Parmesan cheese and stir until cheese is melted and well combined. 8 Add back in chicken and stir until well coated in sauce.
