
Mexican Street Corn Dip

This is an absolutely amazing game day dip or for any pot luck! If you dont have a smoker, throw it in the slow cooker!

What you need

oz jack cheese

cup sour cream

tsp ground cumin

tsp hot sauce

oz cream cheese

oz cotija cheese

tsp smoked paprika

sweet corn

fresh lime juice

oz green chili

bunch cilantro
Instructions
0 Char corn on grill or in a pan on med high heat. Just need some color on it. 1 In a large bowl add corn after removing from cob. 2 Add in remaining ingredients except for the cilantro and cotija cheese. 3 Stir until uniform consistency and then transfer to a greased cast iron skillet or casserole dish. 4 Place in oven or on smoker at 275 for around 90 minutes. 5 Top with cilantro and cotija cheese and enjoy!View original recipe
