Loaded Hassleback Sweet Potatoes

Sweet Potatoes are one of my favorite Thanksgiving foods! This loaded Hassleback version is absolutely mouth watering!

What you need

bacon grease

salted butter

cup brown sugar

cup pecan pieces

tsp cinnamon

cup marshmallow cream

tsp vanilla extract

tbsp heavy cream
Instructions
0 Wash sweet potatoes and place potato between 2 spoons. 1 Cut slits in each potato evenly stopping once knife nearly reaches spoon handle. 2 Rub potatoes down with oil or bacon grease. 3 Place in oven or on grill at 400 degrees until fork tender. Should take around an hour. 4 While potatoes are cooking mix melted butter, brown sugar, pecans, and cinnamon together in a bowl. 6 Also make marshmallow sauce by mixing marshmallow cream, heavy cream, and vanilla extract on low heat stirring until smooth. 5 Once potatoes are fork tender, pack brown sugar mixture on top of each potato and allow to cook for around 10 min longer.
