Wasn't sure what to call this delicious appetizer but "Heavenly Toast" seemed fitting bc its just that! Makes sweet, sweet love to your tastebuds!
0 Score cream cheese and sprinkle on bbq rub of choice. Smoke at 225 for 2 hrs.
1 When cream cheese has about 30 min left, start prepping everything else.
2 Crisp prosciutto by cooking approx 30-45 sec on each side in a pan on med high heat.
3 Cook Texas Toast Garlic Bread according to package directions.
4 Spread cream cheese on toast, followed by tomato pesto.
5 Next, add a slice of crispy prosciutto and drizzle with hot honey. Enjoy!
