Easy Chicken and Gravy

Chicken and Gravy is easy to prepare and screams "comfort food." Its a great dinner idea that can be thrown together in around 30 min for those busy weeknights. There are many ways to prepare at but this is how I do it and in my opinion its packed with flavor! Give it a shot and let me know your opinion in the comments!

What you need

tbsp bacon grease

cup chicken broth
tbsp ap flour

tsp black pepper

tsp garlic powder

tsp smoked paprika

tsp onion powder

tsp dried thyme

tsp dried rosemary

tsp dried sage

salt

tbsp worcestershire sauce
Instructions
0 Add bacon grease to pan on med high heat. 1 Season chicken breasts and cook until 160 internal temp then remove. 2 Turn heat down to med-low. Make sure you have enough bacon grease left for roux(2-3tbsp). 3 Add flour, and whisk for a min or 2 until flour cooks off. 4 Stir in seasonings and slowly begin to add chicken broth. 5 While gravy is thickening, cut up chicken into desired size. 6 Add chicken to gravy, allow to simmer until gravy is desired consistency. 7 Serve over mashed potatoes or white rice, enjoy!View original recipe
