Crispitos
Serves 2
Crispitos are hands down my kids favorite school lunch meal! This is my version of the popular school staple! They can be made by lightly frying in oil or if you want them a little healthier they can also be made in the air fryer.

What you need

tsp seasoned salt

tsp oregano

tsp garlic powder

tsp onion powder

tsp cumin

tsp smoked paprika

tbsp red chili powder

lb lean ground beef
Instructions
Brown ground beef on medium heat. While ground beef is cooking, combine taco seasonings. Once ground beef is cooked through, add taco seasoning and stir well. Add 1/4 cup water and allow to simmer down. Add a couple spoonfuls of taco meat to each flour tortilla and roll as tightly as possible. On medium heat, in a 12" fry pan add enough bacon grease or oil to cover the bottom easily. Cook each crispito on all 4 sides starting seam side down until golden brown. Place on a cooling rack and serve with favorite quest for dipping! If air frying, follow the same process but lightly spray with cooking spray and cook for 10 min at 400 degrees.View original recipe
