Creamy Cajun Shrimp and Sausage Tortellini

What you need

lb jumbo shrimp

tbsp butter

tbsp olive oil

granulated garlic

cup chicken broth

cup heavy cream

tbsp cajun seasoning

tsp black pepper

tsp smoked paprika

salt

oz cheese tortellini

cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
1 Cut up sausage and cook on med high heat. Once they have nice color remove. 0 Peel and devein shrimp, season with cajun seasoning. 2 Add small amount of oil or bacon grease to pan and cook shrimp around 30 sec each side and remove. Cook shrimp in batches to keep from overcrowding pan. 3 Turn heat to med low and unsure it has properly cooled before adding butter. 4 Add butter and olive oil. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant. 5 Add chicken broth, heavy cream, and seasonings. Stir u until combined. 6 Add tortellini. Bring to a simmer and cover stirring every few min until tortellini is plump.(about 10 min) 7 Add in parmesan cheese and stir until smooth. Add back in shrimp and sausage.
