What you need

oz shredded cheddar

tbsp Ranch Sauce

cup sour cream
lb lean bacon

burger bun

slice colby cheese

salt
Instructions
0 Cook bacon and set aside. 1 Toast up buns in some of residual bacon grease and set aside. 2 In a large mixing bowl combine Ground beef, shredded cheddar, sour cream, ranch powder, and crumbled bacon. 3 Work together well and then form into approx 4 oz balls. They don't have to be perfect. 4 Get griddle temp to a little over 400 degrees and semi smash each patty. Season one side with a little SPG. 5 Let them cook a few min and then flip, adding Colby jack to the top. 6 Dress with whatever you prefer after constructing and enjoy!View original recipe
