Chopped Cheese is one of those sandwiches that just puts a smile on your face. This is my version on a sub roll that makes this messy but delicious recipe a little easier to enjoy!

What you need

roma tomato

butter lettuce

tbsp worcestershire sauce

process american cheese

whole-wheat rolls

bacon grease

yellow onion

lb lean ground beef
Instructions
Toast sub rolls in bacon grease or butter on low medium heat and set aside adding 4 slices American cheese to each. Add some bacon grease and cook down onion in a pan or on griddle for about 5 min on medium heat. Brown ground beef and mix with onion. Season with SPG and W sauce... Add 4 slices American cheese and allow to melt then combine with ground beef. Add evenly to sub rolls. Top with lettuce, tomato, and burger sauce if desired and enjoy!View original recipe
