Brisket, Brie, and Blueberry Sliders

If you have some leftover brisket, I highly recommend you try these easy sliders! If you don't have brisket, I think some leftover roast would work beautifully as well!

What you need
bbq seasoning

slider buns

cup dried blueberries

tbsp sugar
lemon

corn starch

oz sharp cheddar

bacon grease

oz brie

red onion

tbsp butter
Instructions
0 Add blueberries, lemon juice, and sugar to small pan on low medium heat. 1 Mash once simmering and add corn starch slurry to thicken. Turn off heat and set aside. 2 Toast slider buns if desired. 3 Chop up brisket and warm up on low medium heat. Remove rind from brie and add to brisket mixing and allowing to melt. 4 Shred cheddar cheese, place on bottom half of toasted slider buns. 5 Add brisket once brie is melted then blueberry puree. 6 Thinly slice 1/2 sweet red onion and place on top of blueberry puree before adding top layer of buns. 7 Brush top slider buns with melted butter. Cover pan with foil and place in preheated oven at 375 for around 10-15 min to melt cheese. Enjoy!View original recipe
