0 Separate skin from breast and shove cut up slices of butter around and on top of breast. 1 Pat skin dry with a paper towel. 2 Rub on a layer of bacon grease then season with SPG and smoked paprika. 3 Have your air fryer preheated to 350° and place chicken in breast side up for 15 min. 4 After 15 min, flip and cook breast side down. 5 After 15 more min flip again and cook breast side up until internal temp is 160° in thickest part of breast. 6 Tent with foil and allow to rest for 10 min.
