Viral Grillo's Pickle Dip Copycat recipe

The viral grillo's pickle dip has been all over my feed. Here is my version that i think you will love! I did a couple of things to really make the flavor stand out!
0 Score cream cheese, sprinkle with preferred bbq rub. Smoke at 225 for 60-90 min.
1 Hit bacon with bbq rub as well and place on with cream cheese. When cream cheese is removed, up temp to 300 degrees until bacon is cooked through.
2 Drain juice from pickles and chop pickles finely. Save 1 tbsp pickle juice for dip.
3 In a large bowl add cream cheese(cooled), sour cream, ranch seasoning, hot sauce, pickle juice, black pepper, and hot honey. Beat until well combined.
4 Next, fold in remaining ingredients.
5 Chill in fridge for at least an hour before serving. Enjoy!
