In a large mixing bowl add your sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, and vanilla extract
Mix with a hand mixer for 10-12 min until peaks are formed
Cut up candy pieces and gently fold in
Pour into Oreo pie crust and place in freezer for a minimum of 4 hrs
Drizzle with caramel or chocolate sauce and enjoy!
