Saute pepper/onion.
Cut up and Cook shaved beef, season with SPG and worcerstershire sauce.
Reserve a little of beef/pepper/onion for garnish.
Pour in beef broth and heavy cream.
Add white american and provolone cheese. Season with SPG to taste and add W sauce.
Place in oven or on smoker at 250 degrees for 60-90 min. Stir about every 30 min.
Once everything is smooth, drizzle cheese dip on top and garnish with reserved beef/pepper/onion.
Serve with crustini's or tortilla chips. Enjoy!
