In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese and vanilla extract. Add powdered sugar and beat until smooth. Fold in cool whip.
Spread out in bottom of 6 x 9 or 8 x 8 dish.
Add can of strawberry pie filling and spread evenly.
Bring heavy cream to a simmer. Remove from heat, add choc chips.
Whisk until ganache is formed and allow to cool.
Add ganache to top of strawberry pie filling and spread evenly.
Top with cut up strawberry pieces and crushed oreos. Enjoy!
