Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut hot dogs into chunks and cook on med high heat for a couple min to get some color on them then remove from heat.
In a large bowl, combine chili dog sauce, beef broth, and seasonings. Whisk together well.
Now cut biscuits into 6 pieces each.
Add biscuits and hot dogs into bowl and fold in.
Transfer to a greased 9 x 13 casserole dish.
Add shredded cheddar cheese to top.
Bake 25 min covered, then 20 min uncovered. Enjoy!
