Double Smoked Glazed Ham with Cherries

Ham for the Holidays is a must. We like to add a little extra smoke for flavor and a glaze always helps amp up the flavor. Here is an easy recipe that everyone is sure to love!

Get smoker set to 250 degrees.
Rub binder on ham and then season generously with favorite bbq rub.
Place on smoker at 250 for around 3 hrs.
To make glaze combine cherry cola, pie filling, brown sugar, and 1 tbsp bbq seasoning , and dijon mustard in a sauce pan. On low med heat bring to a simmer for around 15 min then remove from heat.
After ham has smoked for 2 hrs transfer to aluminum pan and pour glaze over ham. Reapply glaze after another 30 min and let it go a total of 3 hrs.
Allow to cool then slice. Enjoy!
