Creamy sausage tomato pesto pasta

Boil pasta according to instructions in heavily salted water to al dente.
In a pan brown your Italian sausage then add tomato pesto and heavy cream.
Stir until well combined then season with salt/pepper.
Add grated parm and combine well.
Add pasta a little pasta water if you want to thicken sauce.
Top with more Parmesan cheese and enjoy!
